Unusual Incident on Frontier Flight: Passenger Washes Cat in Lavatory

An unusual incident took place on a Frontier Airlines flight operating between Charlotte and Philadelphia. Following a passenger washing her cat in the aircraft’s forward lavatory during the flight, the cabin crew reported the situation to the operations desk.

In the technical report transmitted to ground operations via the aircraft communication addressing and reporting system (ACARS), the crew noted that the forward lavatory would require a deep clean upon arrival. The crew also appended an apology to the operational message for the inconvenience.

The ACARS logs, which facilitate real-time communication between flight crews and ground units, were also reflected live on the Flight Deck flight tracking platform.
